Viral Kohli IPL Runs Stats

Virat Kohli has scored the most runs in the Indian Premier League’s history. He is the only player who broke the IPL record for most runs with 6000 for the first time. From the IPL season 2008 to 2022, Virat earned 6624 IPL runs at a strike rate of 129.15. Shikhar Dhawan is the second leading run-scorer in IPL, with 5577 runs at a strike rate of 127.35.

Virat Kohli’s poorest IPL season was the first in 2008 when he scored 165 runs in 13 innings at an average of 15. Virat Kohli scored only one run in the first IPL game, which took place on April 18, 2008. RCB was bowled out for 82 runs in 15.1 overs during that inning.
